Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales days. You will prioritize guest satisfaction, assist customers with their video game needs, and help maintain store presentation and safety standards.

You will participate in stocking, merchandising, and executing sales initiatives while working closely with the team to meet goals. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and participate in sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and stocking transfers from stock room to selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and safety practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, dress, and confidentiality.
