Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their video gaming needs, recommending add-ons and completing transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support all visual/operational initiatives during the holiday season.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure products are well-presented and properly displayed on the floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
