Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales periods. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist with sales, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment aligned with GameStop’s Circle of Life business model.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding purchases, stocking merchandise, and supporting loss-prevention practices while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the store environment and contribute to all sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring presentation and organization.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss-prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
