Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak shopping periods. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, helping customers with video game needs, and contributing to a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will assist in store maintenance, stocking, and merchandising, ensure cleanliness, participate in promotions, and help meet sales and shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations, visuals, and merchandising during peak seasons.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a store keyholder when needed.
