Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. You will focus on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and presentation in a fast-paced gaming retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with video game and accessory needs, stocking shelves, contributing to loss prevention efforts, and maintaining a clean, organized store floor. Availability during peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and applying selling behaviors.
• Support store visuals, operations, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; assist restocking.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to selling floor and present items clearly.
• Help meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams.
• Follow all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
