Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and applying selling behaviors.
• Support shopping environment and participate in store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking/moving merchandise from stock room to selling floor and keep displays well-presented.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
