Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while contributing to a positive guest experience.

The role requires 18+ years of age, availability during holidays/peak days, and prior retail experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This is a short-term, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store upkeep, merchandising, and stock levels during peak season.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals through attentive service.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, attendance, confidentiality, and company policies consistently.
