Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and exceptional guest service, in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication in English, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with a goal of meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, maintain visual standards, and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
