Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak days with a focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance. You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, stock and merchandize, and help achieve sales and shrinkage goals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or guest service experience, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs during every transaction.
• Support store environment, visual presentation, and sales initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure products are presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all store policies regarding attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
