Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and keeping areas clean and organized according to guidelines.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
