Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods with a focus on sales, guest service, and store maintenance. You will greet guests, recommend products, stock shelves, and help meet sales goals while upholding store policies and safety standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and you should be able to work a flexible schedule during busy times. This is a short-term position supporting the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Fully support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures; transfer products from stock room to floor.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
