GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will focus on sales, guest service, and store maintenance while assisting with stock and merchandising to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, are reliable, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support the store shopping environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and moving products from stock room to sales floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, including attendance and professional appearance.
