Responsibilities

• Support store shopping environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to maintain clean, organized, merchandised store areas per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves neatly presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
