Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video game needs, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment.

You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and executing sales initiatives while working a flexible schedule during the holiday season. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation.
• Help the team meet sales, profit and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality and ethics.
