Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items during transactions.
• Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
