You will collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while maintaining store standards, security, and customer satisfaction. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred; must be 18+ and available for peak schedules.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending add-ons.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a supervisor.
