Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and be active for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including maintenance and merchandising during peak season.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, and dress code; maintain loss prevention practices.
