Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak holiday periods. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video game purchases, and support store operations to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing shelves and moving merchandise to the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit and shrinkage targets.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
• Support loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality and ethics.
