Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist with sales and store maintenance, and help ensure products are well-presented and merchandised according to guidelines.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred and you must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking, and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
