Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, upsell where appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and holiday promotions.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures; present products well.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
