Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail sales or guest service is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked; ensure products are presented well.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain attendance, appearance, and grooming standards; stand for long periods.
