Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days. You will prioritize guest satisfaction, assist customers with gaming needs, and help maintain an engaging, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending products, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and supporting inventory control. Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking merchandise and transfer products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring presentation and alphabetization.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
