Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while helping to drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

You will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, stock and merchandize products, and contribute to all store sales initiatives. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting products on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder promptly.
• Adhere to inventory control and loss prevention practices; be aware of scams and safety.
