Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, selling items, and keeping the store tidy and well-merchandised.

You will greet guests, make recommendations, and help maintain a friendly shopping environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, and prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the overall shopping environment during peak season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices with safety in mind.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
