Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. Under guidance, you will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and help meet sales goals. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices in line with safety policies.
