Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment including visual/operational aspects and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the store team meet/exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
