Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Maintain a clean, organized, merchandised store environment per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring stock to selling area.
• Contribute to achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices and stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
