Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related banking experience.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for HOA/Property Management clients; onboard and train with Treasury products.
• Provide first-level support for clients and internal/external staff; assist with routine system questions.
• Open new business checking, Money Market, CD, ICs for HOA clients and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage client communications to meet expectations and maintain relationships.
• Assist HOA Supervisor with projects; prepare daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
