Responsibilities

• Review Treasury Management Agreements to establish client access and setup according to policies.
• Onboard new Top Tier clients and assist HOA team with servicing needs.
• Provide client support across phone, email, and systems, with a focus on service quality and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate client data and updates in systems; ensure compliance with regulations.
