Popular seeks a Commercial Relationship Officer I in the Orlando/Tampa area to develop and manage HOA and property management client relationships. You will identify opportunities, promote deposit, treasury management and digital banking solutions, and maintain an active pipeline with timely CRM updates.

You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure service excellence, stay informed on market trends, and comply with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate proven sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Experience in HOA industry or working with associations and/or property management is required.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HOA and management clients.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services (deposits, treasury, digital banking).
• Maintain an active pipeline and document opportunities in CRM systems.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay informed on market conditions and regulatory requirements.
