Job summary

Banc of California is seeking an HOA Account Servicing Specialist to support new accounts and ongoing servicing. You will verify CIP/CDD, review documents, and open and maintain client accounts across core systems. Roles require collaboration with Relationship Managers and Analysts, with autonomy to perform virtual work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HOA Account Servicing experience.
• Ability to work virtually.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Verify CIP and CDD for customers.
• Review documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Open checking, money market, and CD accounts.
• Enter new accounts into core system and prepare packages for callback review.
• Supersede signature cards and related documents.
• Perform account closures.
• Coordinate with HOA Senior Specialists, Analysts, and Team Lead.
• Collaborate with RM and RE regarding assigned clients.
• Handle maintenance like address/name/account-type changes.
• Contribute to other duties and projects as needed.
