Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an Association Banking Relationship Manager to cultivate and grow commercial banking relationships within the Community Association sector in Florida. You will drive deposit growth and tailor Treasury Management solutions for property management companies to optimize their financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business development experience in Community Association Industry (HOA) or equivalent
• 2-4 years of building and expanding new banking relationships
• Proven success in generating new business
• Thorough understanding of local market and solid base of contacts
• Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies and techniques
• Strong business development skills and ability to build partnerships

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals (deposits, loans and others)
• Expand existing relationships and solicit new business via referrals and cold calls
• Analyze credit checks and financial statements against risk standards
• Drive new business development within the Florida market
• Maintain regular calling program in the region (calls, email, events)
• Coordinate with Deposit Operations, Underwriting, Credit, Servicing, and Treasury Management
• Stay updated on competitors' products and pricing
• Monitor bank credit policies
• Work with Portfolio Management on financial reporting
• Manage loan advances on non-revolving condominium loans
• Review construction budgets for loan funding access
• Attend trade shows and networking events in the state
