New Horizon Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Associate to support our growing Treasury Management function and commercial, institutional, and private banking clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career in commercial banking and Treasury Management.

The Associate will help onboard clients, implement treasury services, resolve client needs, maintain documentation, support risk and control processes, and ensure our bankers and clients receive responsive,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Comfortable learning new banking technology and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant supervision.
• Strong judgment and willingness to ask questions when something doesn't look right.
• Client-service mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Desire to learn and grow within commercial banking and Treasury Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Treasury Management onboarding and implementation from request through activation.
• Assist clients with online banking, ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit, and other Treasury solutions.
• Gather required documentation, approvals, and implementation information.
• Provide responsive day-to-day support to commercial, institutional, and private banking clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, vendors, and other internal teams.
