Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking an Association Banking Relationship Manager I to cultivate and expand commercial banking relationships within the Community Association industry in Florida. You will drive new deposit business, analyze creditworthiness, and coordinate with Deposit Ops, Underwriting, Credit, Servicing, and Treasury Management to onboard clients and service contracts.

Strong market knowledge and proven business development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Community Association industry or HOA
• 2–4 years building banking relationships
• Proven success in generating new business
• Strong knowledge of local market and contacts
• Excellent credit analysis and relationship management
• Understanding of banking regulations and lending policies
• Ability to build trusting partnerships

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales goals for deposits, loans, and other offerings
• Expand relationships and solicit new business via referrals and cold calling
• Analyze credit worthiness using financial statements against bank risk standards
• Drive new business in the Florida market
• Maintain regular calling program via calls, emails, events, and meetings
• Coordinate with Deposit Ops, Underwriting, Credit, Servicing, and Treasury Management
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and pricing
• Maintain knowledge of bank credit policies
• Work with Portfolio Management on financial reporting
• Manage loan advances tied to non-revolving condominium loans
• Review construction budgets for loan funding availability
• Attend trade shows and networking events in-state
