Popular Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Officer I in the Orlando area to develop and manage relationships within HOA associations and property management companies. You will identify opportunities, promote banking solutions, and maintain an active pipeline while ensuring compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-selling deposit, treasury, and digital banking products, with collaboration across internal partners and a strong client-service mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Effective sales ability and persuasiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships within the HOA community association segment.
• Promote bank products and services including deposit, treasury management, and digital banking.
• Maintain active pipeline and CRM documentation.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to generate leads.
• Provide ongoing client support and coordinate product implementation.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely service delivery and consistent client experience.
• Stay informed of market conditions and competitive developments.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism.
