Job summary

FirstService Residential in North Las Vegas, NV seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee day-to-day servicing of client associations, ensuring exceptional service through project management and operations oversight. You will communicate with boards and owners per established procedures to maintain profitable relationships.

The Nevada CAM license is required; compensation ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HOA management experience with CAM license required.
• Property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations and administrative management of an assigned portfolio of communities.
• Recommend and implement procedures to ensure compliance with laws and governing documents.
• Track non-compliance and issue notices per policy.
• Manage architectural control ensuring compliance with design guidelines.
• Inspect buildings and common areas and supervise repairs.
• Prepare and manage annual budget, capital improvements, and vendor invoices.
• Secure bids, review contracts, and oversee liability insurance requirements.
• Review monthly financials with Regional Director and Board as needed.
• Plan and assist the Board in annual meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
