Job summary

HOAMCO seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee performance of personnel and maintenance of properties for assigned communities in the Las Vegas area. You will lead, coordinate, and communicate with boards, residents, and staff to ensure high satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities include asset management, governance, risk oversight, and annual budgeting, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Nevada CAM license is required.
• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community leadership and liaise between HOAMCO and boards.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Develop a building maintenance program and schedule for management of community assets.
• Oversee budgeting and financial oversight, including operating and reserve budgets.
• Ensure compliance with CC&Rs and design guidelines and manage governance processes.
• Coordinate meetings with developers, boards, residents, and volunteers to ensure open communication.
