Job summary

SBB Management is seeking an onsite Assistant HOA Manager in Houston, TX. You will support the Community Association Manager, handle day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Board, and assist in managing amenities and facilities to ensure a five-star resident experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, quick responses to inquiries, and hands-on coordination of inspections, vendor contracts, and resident orientations.

Qualifications

• Deliver 5-star customer service to the Board and residents.
• Advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
• Build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations per the management agreement and community policies.
• Understand management contracts and dedicatory documents; support the Community Association Manager.
• Assist with amenities and recreation facilities operations.
• Guide the Board with professional administrative and managerial support.
• Meet and greet homeowners/residents; handle phone and email inquiries within 24 hours.
• Administer facility card access and badge ID systems; coordinate new resident orientations.
• Oversee inspections of common areas; procure proposals and manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate reservations for community centers and amenities; manage communications.
