Action Property Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily HOA operations, front desk supervision, and access control. You will liaise with residents, attend meetings, and help manage architectural and architectural-review tasks.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in property management or hospitality, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in property management or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Responsabilités

• Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and supply orders.
• Assist with board and annual meeting preparations, including agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate vendor files, insurance certificates, and compliance records; maintain profiles and calendars.
• Process accounts receivable; review invoices and follow up on past‑due balances; prepare monthly delinquency reports.
