Job summary

NORTHWEST PROPERTY & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of HOAs, condo associations, and community associations.

The role acts as the primary liaison between boards, homeowners, vendors, and the management company, ensuring professional management in line with governing documents and applicable laws across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Community association management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA and condominium operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities across several communities.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of community associations and provide exceptional service to Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Attend board meetings, annual meetings, and special meetings, including some evenings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, minutes, and follow-up items.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with board members, homeowners, and business partners.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and oversee vendor performance.
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor contract compliance.
• Review monthly financial statements and assist with budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and company policies.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and maintain records for each community.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service to clients.
