Action Property Management in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to monitor and maintain the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents through regular property inspections.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented assessment, courteous resident interactions, and timely documentation of violations. A valid CA driver’s license and daily access to a personal vehicle are required, with a competitive hourly wage and a monthly car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or code enforcement preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and objectivity when assessing potential violations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile inspection/reporting tools.
• CA Driver's License, insurance, and reliable vehicle for daily patrols required.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Occasional evening or weekend inspections may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations.
• Capture and upload clear, detailed photos and notes of each violation using the compliance software.
• Issue courtesy notices, violation letters, and follow-up communications in accordance with policy and timelines.
• Track and manage open violations through resolution, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings as requested.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff for timely follow-up.
• Attend board or committee meetings to provide updates or clarification.
• Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
