Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Compliance Coordinator to join our community management team in Aubrey, TX. You will support several departments and work closely with the Community Manager to uphold property standards.

You will educate homeowners, perform compliance checks and document violations, and coordinate the fine process. Attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable follow-through are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with HOA operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs—Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Flexibility to work after hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, materials, information and assistance to new and existing homeowners.
• Perform compliance checks and document, photograph and record violations.
• Issue violations with references to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Track and coordinate the fine process.
• Review architectural requests for proper submission.
• Respond to resident calls and emails professionally.
• Submit work orders to maintenance staff and vendors as needed.
• Receive and process assessment payments.
• Process weekly debit card transactions and deposits.
• Greet residents, guests and vendors at the association office.
