Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to provide exceptional service to residents and manage HOA standards enforcement. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, explain governing documents, and guide homeowners through architectural reviews.

The role includes site inspections, violation documentation, and preparing applications for committee review. Preferred CAM license and a valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service in all resident inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails and provide information on HOA governing documents.
• Conduct property inspections and document violations with photos.
• Assist homeowners with Architectural Review process and committee applications.
• Prepare and file applications for committee review.
