Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adjust to changing assignments.
• Clear written communication and professional customer-service skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet, take photos, enter information into software, and use email and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance meeting company requirements when using a personal vehicle for work.
• Ability to travel to assigned communities throughout Seabreeze’s Nevada portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Inspect HOA properties within Seabreeze’s Nevada portfolio according to scheduled inspections.
• Review community requirements, access instructions, and priorities provided by the community manager.
• Identify and document potential violations related to landscaping, maintenance, trash, parking, and exterior modifications.
• Apply inspection standards consistently and report findings.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify issues are resolved.
• Document observations with photos and enter findings into management software.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries of records, boxes, and supplies as assigned.
