Responsibilities

• Inspect HOA properties in Seabreeze’s Nevada portfolio according to the inspection schedule and scope.
• Document potential violations and verify corrections.
• Pick up and deliver association records, boxes, and supplies as assigned.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate with community managers and staff.
