Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates standards violations and documents them with photos.
• Addresses violations with residents via visits, calls, and notices.
• Assists residents with home modification applications to HOA standards.
• Verifies contractor insurance on file with property management.
• Notifies residents when in violation and follows up to ensure compliance.
• Inspects completed modifications for compliance with approved requests.
• Reads and applies HOA rules and maintains organized records.
• Completes daily/weekly activity reports and keeps management informed.
• Supports other departments and maintains a safe, professional demeanor.
