Job summary

RealManage, a dynamic HOA management firm with a nationwide footprint, is hiring for an onsite Property Compliance Liaison in Jacksonville, FL. You will handle day-to-day tasks, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and drive property inspections while documenting code violations.

You will liaise between homeowners and the ACC, prepare for and attend evening meetings, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service across communities.

Qualifications

• Previous community association experience or ACC compliance inspector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Ability to utilize technology; MS Office proficiency.
• Background and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to calls/emails within 24 hours.
• Drive the property, documenting code violations.
• Liaison between homeowners and the ACC for applications.
• Prepare for and attend evening ACC and Compliance meetings.
• Attend evening board meetings when needed.
• Perform other duties and attend additional meetings as assigned by CAM or Board.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents for high service levels.
• Attend monthly meetings and training as required.
• Conduct business with high standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
• Analyze and handle a variety of situations and prioritize projects.
