Job summary

Home Encounter HECM, LLC is seeking a licensed Community Association Manager in Florida to supervise on-site teams, oversee maintenance, and ensure governance compliance for multiple associations. You will manage contracts, prepare financial and operational reports, and lead board meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CAM license per Florida Statutes 468 required for consideration.
• Two+ years of licensed Community Association Manager experience preferred.
• Proven experience in community/property management and governance.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; multitasking capable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budgeting, fiscal management, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of HOA regulations, compliance issues, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site team members and set clear maintenance/management specs.
• Maintain top service standards through oversight and follow-up.
• Foster relationships with Board, owners, and vendors for operations.
• Stay current with state statutes and client community documents.
• Monitor, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendor compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports and recommendations.
• Lead Board meetings per Robert’s Rules of Order when required.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain organized property files and robust documentation.
• Upload and update documents in management systems; track aging reports.
