Job summary

Del Webb at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a personable, detail-oriented HOA Compliance Specialist to uphold architectural guidelines and governing documents while delivering exceptional service to homeowners.

You will educate residents on submittal processes, maintain compliance records, operate the VMS tracking system, and collaborate with the Community Manager to keep the community beautiful and well managed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of full-time administrative experience in an HOA management role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiar with CC&R’s and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the Community Manager for designated communities to meet standards.
• Educates homeowners to ensure effective, long-term compliance solutions.
• Researches non-compliance issues and prepares documentation for Committee/Board review.
• Records and tracks compliance information in the company database.
• Maintains detailed records of compliance investigations and follow-up reports.
• Investigates complaints and makes determinations based on findings.
• Prepares compliance and notice materials and manages landscape/architectural submittals.
• Conducts routine property tours/inspections to ensure CC&R compliance.
• Educates homeowners, staff and realtors on submittal processes and compliance administration.
• Meets with homeowner committees to provide ongoing education.
• Develops and uses a VMS tracking system for timely compliance implementation.
• Monitors the software database to uphold guidelines.
