Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, a full-service property management firm, is seeking a Compliance Officer to enforce governing documents and preserve community standards at Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas. You will conduct inspections, document violations, coordinate hearings, and maintain compliance records.

Reporting to the Compliance Team Supervisor, you will work with the Board, committees, and staff to ensure consistent enforcement and timely communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to exercise diplomacy and tact in interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion with highly confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills across management levels.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of residential and common areas to identify violations.
• Review and apply governing documents and enforcement procedures consistently.
• Document observed violations with notes, dates, locations, and photos.
• Prepare, issue, and track violation notices, reminders, hearings, and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, residents, tenants, vendors, and boards.
• Coordinate follow-up inspections and update records accordingly.
• Assist with scheduling and materials for hearings and board meetings.
• Prepare regular compliance reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Maintain confidential inspection and enforcement records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest policy/process improvements.
• Partner with maintenance, security, and architectural teams to resolve issues.
